For our office in Kalmthout , we are looking for a Support Representative.
Are you passionate about helping customers and looking for an exciting job in your region? As an internal Odoo support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—their go-to problem solver!
You will maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure high-quality service. Your goal is to handle every call quickly and professionally. Using your skills, you will either find a solution yourself or create a ticket for our analyst team.
With the right motivation and eagerness to learn, you’ll be fully prepared for this exciting and diverse role in no time!
Your responsibilities
You are a key link in supporting our customers' Odoo environments. In addition, you proactively look for solutions to recurring problems. This is how you help customers focus on their core business.
- You use the necessary tools to follow up on questions and problems.
- You are friendly and put the customer at the center of every inquiry.
- You maintain calmness and realism by communicating well.
- You ask further questions or problems that are unclear or insufficiently delineated.
- You will work with analysts to discern personalized developments.
- You update and track the status of tickets in the ticketing system.
- You keep all contacts involved informed of the status of the ticket.
- You ensure that everyone receives the necessary information.
Your profile
You have a talent for truly helping users. Rather, you see problems as opportunities, stay calm and get a kick out of the compliments that follow after a user has had a top-notch experience.
- You have experience with business processes / ERP systems.
- You have a good understanding of user software and how it is built.
- You can distinguish between urgent problems and new questions.
- You work accurately, customer-oriented and with a positive attitude.
- You are eager to learn new applications all the time.
- You are bitten in finding a constructive solution.
- You are a planter and enjoy variety.
- You are collegial and positive minded.
- You are a team player yet able to work independently.
- You have a Knowledge of languages: NL/EN.
