Basic sales training: a formula for success for SMEs

Are you actively involved in customer relations, sales and invoicing? Are you starting with Odoo soon or do you have new employees on your team? Then this training is ideal. We start with the basics of Odoo so even beginners can connect. Also, the training covers the most common administration flows that almost every company needs. 

What features will you learn?

  • leads tracken via website 

  • create and manage planned actions 

  • manage and process customer data 

  • import bulk data from XLS (products, leads and customers) 

  • preparing and following up offers

What will you be able to do at the end of the day?

  • follow up on opportunities in the CRM 

  • prepare and modify quotations and sales orders 

  • complete processing from sales billing to delivery 

  • use and interpret sales reports 

  • CRM rapportages interpreteren

Below you will find all the practical info.

Start Hour  

From 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Lunch will be provided.  

Knowledge 

No prior knowledge is required.

Laptop 

Please bring your own laptop.

Number of participants 

The workshop will take place with a minimum of 4 participants. 

Parking 

Parking is available at the door. 

Language  

Training will be given in Dutch.

Bjarne Willems has been with Callista for 4.5 years. He started as a functional analyst and passionately teaches Odoo training.
