Your challenge
After your training period, you will be the communicative bridge between your client portfolio and our dedicated development team. In doing so, you will monitor projects and financial agreements with your client without losing sight of deadlines.
- You critically analyze your clients' needs, weigh opinions and consequences against each other based on the business analysis and translate them into clear assignments that you discuss with the development team.
- Finding the most efficient solution tailored for your client is your passion, your professional and goal-oriented approach and knowledge of the business package are your favorite tools.
- You guarantee the quality of the work delivered by testing the solutions according to and as expected by the customer.

Profile
Your goal is to form a true partner with Callista with our clients. Therefore, you always do your best, and just a little bit more, to take the customer and his business to the next level.
- Preferably you have a higher education (bachelor/master TEW, Commercial Engineer, ICT, ... ) or equivalent through experience.
- You are analytically strong, accurate and problem-solving.
- Structured, plan- and process-oriented work can be seamlessly combined with the necessary creativity.
- You have experience with business processes such as manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, invoicing, project management, sales and so on.
- You draw your plan smoothly independently and know how to work well as part of a team. Moreover, you are flexible when needed.
- You can prioritize and recognize bottlenecks; you can distinguish essence from detail.
- You have initial work experience of 2-5 years in the industry.
- Your proactive communication skills and tactful diplomacy lead you to the right questions, answers and solutions.
