Junior Sales

Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling your own appointments through cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
- Follow up on inbound leads
- Conducting introductory meetings
- Ensuring smooth follow-up with your prospects
- Being the first point of contact for prospects and clients
- Optional and a plus: interest in contributing to marketing campaigns.
What do we expect from you?
- You have completed a sales training or gained initial experience in sales
- At least a diploma of secondary education
- You have excellent communication skills and are sociable by nature
- You prioritise effort and results
- You work proactively
- You are ambitious, at Callista, there are plenty of opportunities for advancement
- You speak Dutch and English Fluently; French is a plus.
