For our office in Kalmthout, we are looking for a Teamleader Development who combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills. In this role, you will not only lead a team of developers but also actively contribute to challenging projects.
As a strategic Odoo partner, we help organizations implement and optimize their Odoo system to meet their specific needs. With a young and dynamic team, we develop the business logic companies require to work more efficiently and grow.

As Teamleader Development, you are the driving force behind our development team. You ensure that the team works efficiently and in a structured manner while playing a crucial role in solving both technical and organizational challenges. You understand the complexity of the work and know how to motivate and guide the team so they can reach their full potential. Additionally, you are responsible for recruiting and onboarding new technical employees and overseeing SLA agreements with clients. You also actively contribute to optimizing the company's operational processes.
Moreover, you take an active role in one or more of the following domains, always within the context of Odoo:
- Project Management: Steering budget and planning.
- Software Architecture: Developing a technical approach plan.
- Odoo Development: Creating custom software solutions.

You are driven to make Callista a strong, strategic partner for our clients. That’s why you always give your best—and a little extra—to take both the client and their business to the next level.
- Preferably you have a higher education in IT (bachelor/master TEW, Commercial Engineer, ICT,...) or equivalent through experience.
- You have a solid background in object-oriented programming, databases, source repositories, and server deployments.
- You have experience with implementing ERP and/or CRM systems and integrating different systems.
- Experience with Odoo is a plus, but not a requirement.
- A background in AI or hardware integrations is an additional advantage.
- You are familiar with tools like Jira, making your way of working more efficient.
- You have a commercial mindset and understand how to align business needs with the needs of the team.
- As a leader, you know how to challenge, coach, and motivate a team to achieve the best results together.
- Preferably, you live in the Kalmthout region or are willing to commute regularly to our headquarters.
