Project manager Odoo

SME companies realize that they can use digitalization to make a difference over their competitors....

Those SMEs that see IT as a total differentiation and growth within the industry are our customers.

Callista serves as a right hand and partner in this process. With a young and driven team from Kalmthout, we develop the business logic these companies need.

Your challenge

As project manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of our Odoo projects. You know how to make connections between the interests of the business managers of your client and the interests of our Odoo experts. Your job consists of pursuing a realistic and achievable planning in which you manage the work in order to achieve this planning in accordance with the requirements, time and cost estimates.

Since we mainly implement Odoo projects with Callista, we expect you as a project manager to have an understanding of the structure and operation of the Odoo software modules. You will acquire this knowledge in the first months of starting your new job. With this baggage, you have everything you need to combine your project management skills with the right guidance and advice in function of the software. We therefore expect that you can also build up content knowledge of the package so that communication with team members can run smoothly.

  1. You critically analyze the needs of your customers, weigh opinions and consequences with each other based on the business analysis and translate them into clear assignments that you discuss with the development team.
  2. Finding the most efficient solution tailored to your client is your passion, your professional and goal-oriented approach and knowledge of the business package are your favorite tools.
  3. You guarantee the quality of the delivered work by testing the solutions according to and as expected by the customer.

Profile

Your goal is, with Callista, to form a true partner with our clients. Therefore, you will always do your best, and just a little bit more, to take the customer and their business to the next level.

  1. Preferably you have a higher education (bachelor/master TEW, Commercial Engineer, ICT, ... ) or equivalent through experience.
  2. You have strong interest in economic processes and business software and have experience about how a software project is implemented.
  3. You are flexible, structured and like a plan -and process-based project approach that results in a feasible implementation.
  4. You listen to feedback from customers and team members and know how to motivate them to achieve goals.
  5. You are results-oriented and ensure that bottlenecks are not given a chance.
  6. Your proactive communication skills and tactful diplomacy lead to avoiding problems and ambiguities.

The offer

You will be part of a close-knit team where people jump in for each other, but where everyone also takes their own responsibility. Within this dynamic and growing company there are short lines of communication and your opinion is highly valued. You get the chance to take up an exciting position in a strong entrepreneurial company with opportunities to grow in the long run. In exchange for your commitment and strong development work, you will get the opportunity to grow, a decent salary with company car, fuel card, 12 ADV days and other fringe benefits (including laptop, meal vouchers, hospitalization and group insurance).
