We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Meerhout office and guide companies through their digital transformation, helping them find the right solutions within Odoo.

As a business analyst, you translate the business processes of a company or organization into deployable solutions. Specifically, you map out the strategy, approach and risks to meet the requirements and wishes of the customer. This translation is accompanied by numerous analysis conversations with management and business departments, the result is incorporated into the creation of workflows and an understandable analysis report that lays the foundation for deployable software solutions such as Odoo. One of the biggest challenges of a business analyst is to translate a theoretical, complex subject matter into practical, feasible solutions and explain that translation comprehensibly. In short, an analytical genius who can also be a communication superhero.
- Finding the most efficient solution tailored to your client is your passion, your professional and goal-oriented approach and knowledge of the business package are your favorite tools.
- You guarantee the quality of the delivered work by testing the solutions according to and as expected by the customer.

- Preferably you have a higher education in IT (bachelor/master TEW, Commercial Engineer, ICT,...) or equivalent through experience.
- You are analytically strong, accurate, problem-solving and results-oriented.
- You can seamlessly combine structured, planned and process-oriented work with the necessary creativity. You are adept at converting this into understandable language.
- You have strategic insight to steer a company in a certain direction.
- In addition, you are passionate about innovative applications, eager to learn and have a broad view of business needs.
- Your proactive communication skills and tactful diplomacy lead you to the right answers and solutions.
